Periodically, HF&H hires an independent consultant to survey all of our clients to determine their level of overall satisfaction with our work. In March 2006, HF&H retained the firm of Johnston Gremaux & Rossi, LLP (JGR) to perform our most-recent client satisfaction survey.
The procedures used by JGR to compile the results of the client satisfaction surveys were:
HF&H provided JGR with a complete list of clients for whom we had provided services to during the previous five years (2002-2006).
The surveys were mailed by JGR and respondents replied directly to JGR.
JGR compiled the results of the 143 surveys mailed.
We were proud to discover that the results of this client satisfaction survey found that:
100% of respondents said "they would hire HF&H again!"
100% of respondents said "they would recommend HF&H's services to another jurisdiction with similar needs!"
100% of the respondents agreed that "HF&H staff were professional, experienced, and well-qualified!"
